I have released the initial version of IPGrabber to the public. Technically v0.013,

It is a BETA release and very well may have some bugs. Please use the forum for reporting any bugs you might find.

This app requires signing up for a an account to work. This is because I need to have information on where to send the alerts. Your choice is Email and/or text message.
